What is the difference between the canvas finishes?
Floating Frame Canvas is stretched over a wooden frame and finished with a slim black outer frame, creating a small floating gap around the artwork. It arrives fully framed and ready to hang.
Gallery Wrap Canvas is cotton canvas stretched around a wooden frame for a clean, frameless finish and arrives ready to hang.
Rolled Canvas is supplied unframed and without wooden stretcher bars. It is ideal if you prefer to have your artwork stretched or framed locally.
How long will my artwork take to arrive?
Each artwork is made to order, so production time is required before dispatch. Delivery times vary depending on your location, canvas finish and size. Please see our Shipping & Delivery page for current estimated production and delivery times.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
If your artwork arrives damaged or has a production fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the artwork and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution where damage or a production fault is confirmed.
Will the colours look exactly the same as on my screen?
Colours may vary slightly between the images shown on your screen and the finished artwork. Computer monitors, phones and tablets can display colours differently depending on screen brightness, settings and calibration.
Can I return or exchange my artwork?
Each artwork is made to order specifically for you, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection or other preference-based reasons.
If your order arrives damaged or has a production fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the artwork and packaging. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement.
